DELIVERY CHARGES

At LS Systems delivery charges are very important to us. That's why we try to keep things simple...

Orders under £100.00 are delivered to your door for only £4.99 regardless of the total order weight and any order which exceeds £100.00 qualifies for our 'Super Saver Shipping' which is free of charge

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Your items are sent by our shipping partner TNT and usually this is a next day service from despatch. Our delivery driver will normally deliver between the hours of 0900-1800 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, TNT will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED YET?

When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your goods are on their way. If you have not received this email after 7 working days after placing an order please give us a call on 01772 812484

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch email with a link to track your order.

CAN I SHIP TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS?

You can choose to get your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process. We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All orders being delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

As orders are sent out on a 2-3 day service.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

International delivery is something which we currently do not offer via our website however please call our sales team on +44 (0)1772 812484 who will be happy to provide shipping charges.
